Anni Sinijäv

Anni Sinijäv, 欧洲创新学院（EIA）联合创始人兼首席执行官。欧洲创新学院（EIA）成立于2013年，是全球最大的顶级创新创业组织。作为一个非营利性的教育机构，因卓越的科技创业教育享誉全球。其合作伙伴包括加州大学伯克利分校，斯坦福大学，谷歌等全球顶级大学及公司，其教育模式由诸多顶级机构中的专业人士共同开发，志在培养具有全球视野、创新精神和多元思维模式的未来企业家和商业领袖。参与者遍及75个国家，校友和教职员工总数超过4000人。Anni负责管理EIA与清华大学、加州伯克利分校、密歇根大学等大学的高校关系，并参与EIA 到2020年在全球有10个夏令营营地的发展计划。

Anni Sinijäv is a Co-Founder and CEO of Innovation Academy. Innovation Academy is a non-profit foundation established in 2013 with a goal to educate students in the field of entrepreneurship. The Innovation Academy has become a recognized leader in tech entrepreneurship education. Educational programs are developed through joint partnerships with professionals from the world’s top institutions; to include Stanford University, U.C. Berkeley, and Google. Anni is managing Innovation Academy key relationships with universities like UC Berkeley, Tsinghua University. and Michigan University. Anni is also supporting EIA expansion activities to new destinations with a goal to organize Innovation Academy programs in 10 different destinations by 2020.

Steven White

WHITE Steven博士，清华大学经济管理学院创新创业与战略系副教授，清华x-lab（x-空间）学术副主任。主要研究领域：企业国际化，创新，创业，战略，战略执行，企业并购，战略联盟。 他也是2017、2018欧洲创新学院（EIA）夏令营的清华团队带队老师。Steven White曾经在香港科技大学、香港中文大学、INSEAD、中欧国际工商学院任教，此前曾在日本住友商事株式会社工作3年；是美国管理学会、战略管理学会、国际工商研究学会、中国管理研究国际学会、亚洲管理学会等学术协会的会员。
 
Dr. WHITE Steven is an Associate Professor of Department of Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Strategy in Tsinghua SEM and Vice Academic Director of Tsinghua x-lab. Dr. White Steven's Research Interests include Internationalization, Innovation, Strategy, Strategy Execution, M&A, Alliances. He is also the faculty member of 2017 and 2018 EIA Summer Bootcamp. Dr. WHITE Steven used to work in Business Investment Planning Department of Sumitomo Corporation. He also has held teaching positions in several Universities, visiting Assistant Professor in Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, assistant professor in Chinese University of Hong Kong as well as INSEAD, Associate Professor in China Europe International Business School. In Professional areas, he holds position in Academy of Management, Strategic Management Society, Academy of International Business Studies, International Association of Chinese Management Research, Asia Academy of Management.

胡凤兰

胡凤兰，俄罗斯的华裔姑娘，现就读清华大学新闻传播学院硕士研究生。热爱参与和组织活动，在2015年联合创办北京市俄罗斯留学生协会，得到了俄罗斯驻华大使馆的支持；2017年初联合创办上合国家青年联合会，团结了来自上海合作组织八个国家的青年，也得到了上合秘书处的支持。2017年，代表清华参加EIA创新创业夏令营，并担任女生队长。希望在未来可以为更广大的世界青年作出贡献，并搭建各国之间的友谊桥梁。

Victoria Khu, Russian born Chinese, is currently a graduate student in School of Journalism and Communication at Tsinghua University. Her passion is in building bridges of friendship among students and young professionals all over the world. In 2015, she co-founded Russian Student Association in Beijing with support of Russian Embassy in China, united more than a 1000 Russian students in Beijing. In 2017, she co-founded SCO Countries Youth League, bringing together young professionals from 8 Shanghai Cooperation Organization countries. The Youth League got support from SCO Headquarters and personally from Secretary General. In 2017, she participated in EIA in Italy and was leading Tsinghua female team. Victoria wishes to help the youth from all over the world to build stronger ties to shape the future.
