主讲人（About the Speaker）:
Edward Aust(in Chinese,English & French,www.aedwardaust.com) is presently teaching a multidiciplinary course in Beijing at Tsinghua University, School of Economics and Management, on Organizational Innovation & Analysis in Tsinghua-MIT International MBA Program. In 2012, he coauthored in English“The Executive Employment Contract”with Lexis Nexisand since 1993 has been Editor- in- chief of“Executive Employment Law”a current looseleaf service running for 20 years (It provides multidisciplinary references). Charles Laporte Austis a passionate“innovation architect.”As?What If!Shanghai’s head of innovation strategy & inventing projects, he works with senior management teams to set disruptive growth plans and deliver juicy, bottom-line, commercial impact. Recent work includes innovation agenda setting and overseeing key projects with InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), Pernod Ricard，Johnson & Johnson, Kraft, and Ermenegildo Zegna. Prior to joining ?What If!, Charles worked as managing director of a group of e-commerce companies based in Hong Kong, as well as in marketing account management and publishing in his native Canada. In addition to serving multinationals at? What If!, Charles also advises the management teams of a number of exciting growth companies and sits on their board of directors. He is the author of Emploi, Droits et Recours(written in French), which sold over 10,000 copies in Quebec, and holds an M.B.A. from Tsinghua University and MIT Sloan.
