这时长两个小时的课程将阐明知识产权的基本知识，并帮助大家了解什么是你们将面临的主要问题，什么是你们 在接下来的运营过程中可能会发现并提出的问题，如何更好地评估所获得的专业咨询，并指导你们最大程度地利用知识产权资产，致力于将大家塑造为在业务知识的各个方面都堪称渊博的管理者。
本培训由IBM大中华与亚太区知识产权法律部知识产权经理徐驰先生为大家讲授，徐驰目前负责管理IBM在中国大陆的软件部门的专利事务及专利律师团队，并负责IBM在香港、印度、澳大利亚的所有除商标外的知识产权事务，以及管理IBM在印度的知识产权法律部门，包括专利的申请、审批、维持、管理、实施和维权事务；本土公司发明人发明创新的挖掘、评估、撰写和申请；知识产权侵权分析和处理；知识产权许可与转让的法律支持；对员工的知识产权培训与监督；与商务合同有关的知识产权条款的审查与谈判；与开放源代码和技术标准相关的知识产权问题的分析与解决；对所负责国家和地区的知识产权立法、政策进行跟踪、分析并提供建议等。徐驰现在还担任USITO（美国信息产业机构）中国区知识产权工作组副主席。

Dear x-lab entrepreneurs and Tsinghua students,
The x-lab Intellectual Property Center is proud to hold the third cross-university Intellectual Property Orientation for start- ups, mature businesses and employees, who are looking to understand the complex business environment they work in.
This 2 hours seminar will shed light on the basics of IP, and help current and aspiring entrepreneurs understand what are the main issues you will face, what are the questions you need to ask, how to better assess professional consultation, provide necessary guidelines how to best utilize your intellectual property assets and help shape you as an active, knowledgeable manager in all aspects of your business.
The orientation will be delivered by Xu Chi, the Intellectual Property Manager of IBM Greater China and Asia Pacific Group. Xu Chi now manages patent attorney teams supporting the IBM Software Group in China, and is responsible for all IP issues in Hong Kong, Australia and New Zealand including protecting IBM’s technology innovation (invention disclosure, patent drafting and prosecution), IP support in commercial deals (contracts and negotiations), IP clearance for IBM products and services, IP disputes resolution, etc. Xu Chi also manages the IBM India IP Law team in Bangalore and works as the Vice Chair of IPR Working Group of USITO (United States Information Technology Office) China.
