《初创公司的技术转让》实战演练
我们将举办《初创企业的技术转让》实战演练活动。在业界精英、技术转让专家张晓宇先生以及清华大学的林丽慧教授的指导下，参与者将有机会扮演技术转让的交易双方，进行技术转让讨论与模拟谈判。通过演练，参与者能够对技术转移和分析过程、初创企业需知、如何与潜在顾客协商、如何吸引潜在顾客退出或者额外投资等方面有全新的理解。
本次活动讲座对初创企业家、寻求技术产业化的教授、注重投资回报率的风险投资人、以及对技术转让和相关问题感兴趣的学生，都极具帮助。希望大家能积极参与并和我们的讲师一起互动！
实战演练指导教师是最知名的行业专家：
林丽慧，清华大学经济管理学院副教授，主要研究兴趣为：知识管理、创新管理、知识产权许可、信息技术投资、信息技术合同，商务分析。所授课程主要包括：《大数据背景下的知识管理》、《研发投资与知识产权管理》、《推动创新的知识产权管理》等。
张晓宇——中国技术交易所国际技术转移业务负责人，是中国第一位通过世界四大技术转移组织建立的世界技术转移经理师联盟ATTP（Alliance of Technology TransferProfessionals）. 认证的注册国际技术转移经理师. 世界知识产权组织WIPO Green项目advisory board专家组成员. 欧盟Dragon-Star Innovation项目专家组成员、欧盟CHOICE项目专家组成员. 北京国际技术转移集聚区的设计者, 北京国际技术转移中心的设计者，项目对接牵头人, 国际技术转移协作网络ITTN的创始人.

Workshop on Technology Transfer forStart-Ups
We will hold a technology transfer workshopwith leading industry experts Mr. Nicolas Zhang and Prof. Lin Lihui. Guided by the experts, students will have aunique opportunity to role play the parties involved in a technology transfercase, discussing with teammates and negotiating with opponents. Byparticipating in these activities, one can learn about the technology reviewand analysis process, what start-up entrepreneurs need to know, how to handle thenegotiations with interested buyers, how to attract potential buyers for anexit or additional investment and more.
The workshop could be helpful in particularto start-up entrepreneurs, professors looking to commercialize their technology,investors looking to increase ROI, VCbacked start-ups and students interested to learn more about this matter. Weencourage active participation and a dialogue with our speakers.

Prof.Lin Lihui –associate professor at theDepartment of Management Science and Engineering in the School of Economics andManagement. Prof. Lin’s research interests focus on knowledge management,innovation management, licensing of intellectual property, IT investment, ITcontracts and business analytics. She teaches “Knowledge Management in the BigData Era,” “R&D Investment and IP Management,” and “Driving Innovation:Intellectual Property Strategies” at Tsinghua SEM.
Nicolas Zhang – CTEX Directorof International Technology Transfer Division; former Executive Director of Peking University SuzhouInternational Technology Transfer Center and the number 1 ranked RegisteredTechnology Transfer Professionals (RTTP) in China.
