MIT全球校友会主席、校董，硅谷创业家。
他创立了第一家线上服务供应商Decisive Technology，现已并入谷歌。另外，他创立了CustomerSat，并与他人联合创办Pyze。John Chisholm现在在自己名下的风投公司担任CEO。1990-1992年间，他担任MIT北加州校友会主席，2006-2014任MIT全球校友会主席。
John Chisholm是MIT75级本科，76级研究生校友，专业为电子工程，并获得哈佛商学院的MBA学位。John Chisholm的职业生涯主要在硅谷发展，并加入多家创业公司。作为一名资深的创业家，John Chisholm在公司的创立和早期发展方面有着丰富的经验，并曾出版Unleash Your Inner Company一书，该书在介绍创业方法与早期企业管理方法方面深受读者认同，十分畅销。
