Jim Fields是Relay公司在北京的创始人和董事，他在影视、视频、后期等方面具有着丰富经验。他十分了解中国商业和企业文化，并且具有超过12年的中文口语水平。
他从硅谷的Adobe开始职业生涯后，陆续在Nokia，Reckitt Benckiser和Studio Output工作过。2016年Jim创办了Relay在北京的第一家公司。
他的作品在国内外都获得了数以百万的跨平台的观点，不仅为百度、腾讯、联想等众多知名大型企业制作品牌传播，更为许多中小型及初创型企业指导商业品牌计划及推广。
Jim is the Founder and Managing Director of Relay in Beijing, with deep experience in moving image, a wealth of knowledge of the Chinese business culture and over 12 years speaking Mandarin Chinese.
After beginning his career in Silicon Valley at Adobe, he’s spent time at Nokia, Reckitt Benckiser, and at Studio Output. In 2016, Jim founded Relay’s first office in Beijing.
As the Managing Director in Beijing, Jim’s work involves managing all aspects of the business, from new business and pitching to creating a variety of Chinese language content. His work has gained millions of views across various platforms, both in China and internationally, for clients such as Baidu, Tencent, Lenovo, and many others.
