主讲人介绍：
陶锋先生任职于清华x-lab，担任互联网与信息技术创新中心执行主管兼培育顾问。陶锋本科毕业于北京理工大学车辆工程学院，2007年获得清华大学工商管理硕士（MBA）学位。从2000年至今，陶锋先生一直从事与互联网相关的工作，曾参与创办国内最早的汽车行业垂直网站（veryauto.com）和国内最早的商务社交（SNS）网站（tianji.com），以及国内第一家3D虚拟世界游戏（hipihi.com），拥有丰富的互联网商业模式创新、产品策划、研发、运营管理以及营销推广等多方面的经验。并且，作为创业核心团队成员，在创业过程中也积累的宝贵的创业经验。加入清华x-lab之前，就职于国内最大的管理咨询机构：和君咨询集团，作为资深咨询顾问，为企业提供与互联网转型升级相关的各类咨询服务，包括：商业模式策划、产品策划、战略规划、组织管控、流程优化以及人力资源管理优化等。在5年多的咨询工作中，接触了各种不同类型、不同规模和不同行业领域的企业，也因此积累了丰富的企业经营管理经验。
Mr. Tao Feng is serving in Tsinghua x-lab asexecutive director of the center for Internet and information technologyinnovation, and besides that, he is also the nurturing consultant of x-lab. TaoFeng graduated from the school of vehicle engineering, Beijing Institute ofTechnology. In 2007, he received the master of Business Administration (MBA)degree from the Tsinghua University. Since 2000, he has been engaged inInternet related work, and participated in establishing the earliest autoindustry vertical website (veryauto.com) and one of the earliest business socialnetwork service (SNS) website (tianji.com), and the first domestic 3D virtualworld game (hipihi.com). He has wealth experiences in Internet business modelinnovation, product planning, R&D management, marketing and other aspects.And, as the core member of startup teams, also accumulated valuableentrepreneurial experience. Prior to joining Tsinghua x-lab, Tao Feng has beenworking in the largest local management consulting company - Hejun ConsultingGroup - as a senior consultant, helping traditional enterprises on Internet oriented transformation and upgrading,including: business model planning, product planning, strategic planning,organization management, process optimization and optimization of humanresources management etc.. In more than 5 years of consulting work, exposure toa variety of different types, different sizes and different sectors of theindustry, he has accumulated a wealth of business management experience.
