我们欢迎大家参加这次的对话活动，本次活动的主要内容包括以下三个方面：为什么以色列的创业公司在与跨国公司并购中总是获得巨大的成功；以色列创业公司的企业家以及教授们是怎样与技术转让相关部门合作来进行公司资产拆分的；以色列的创新创业生态环境与中国的有什么不同。
以上这几个方面的内容是我们这次活动的第一部分，活动第二部分是一个开放的问答环节，大家可以就感兴趣的任何问题向嘉宾提问。
关于主讲嘉宾Ziv Rotenberg先生简介：Ziv先生是Group8知识产权咨询公司的创始人和总裁，Group8是一家专注于帮助企业创建和管理创新技术的战略咨询公司。Ziv先生本人过去一直专注于对企业遭受商业冲击情况的研究，并且在业务融合、技术创新以及知识产权战略等方面帮助了很多企业实现了丰厚的经济利益，同时提升了企业竞争力。
Ziv先生虽然来自以色列，但在中国已经生活7年了。过去，他帮助了很多创业公司，以及投资机构，同时也是清华X-lab和中国加速器的导师。此外，Ziv先生也为大量以色列公司和政府提供技术转让、知识产权等方面的战略建议。
