We will hold a technology transfer seminar with leadingindustry experts both in China and in the UK, discussing the technology reviewand analysis process, what start-up entrepreneurs need to know, how to handle thenegotiations with interested buyers, how to attract potential buyers for anexit or additional investment and more.
我们将举办一次技术转移研讨会，邀请中国和英国的行业专家共同就技术转移和分析过程，初创企业需知，如何与潜在顾客协商，如何吸引潜在顾客退出或者额外投资等方面进行探讨和交流。
The talk could be helpful in particular to start-upentrepreneurs, professors looking to commercialize their technology, investorslooking to increase ROI, VC backedstart-ups and students interested to learn more about this matter. We encourageactive participation and a dialogue with our speakers.
