罗博先生持有农业科学硕士学位和分子生物技术博士学位,在雀巢二十余年来,曾先后出任雀巢位于意大利,法国和美国的三大研发中心掌门人。2016年10月,罗博先生来到中国担任雀巢研发中国有限公司总经理,负责中国雀巢研发中心的管理工作,同时他还作为雀巢大中华区执行委员会委员。

罗博先生大力推广产品创新,着重建立研发中心和商务的密切联系,为多个雀巢产品品类搭建了有效的创新流程,应用并推广了以消费者需求为导向的快速原型制造的创新模式,强化研发中心对商业增长的贡献,积极推动以创新带来生意增长新模式的实现。

  

Roberto Reniero joined Nestlé in 1995 at Nestlé Research Center in Lausanne, Switzerland.  He has been working in various fields like scientific research, product development and managerial positions in different parts of the world including Europe, Asia and North America.  Since October 2016, he moved to Beijing as Head of Nestlé R&D in China that consists of four centers in Beijing, Shanghai, Xiamen and Dongguan.  He also serves as a member of executive committee of Nestlé Greater China Region.

Roberto Reniero holds a PhD in molecular biotechnologies and a master degree in agriculture sciences; he is author of various scientific publications and patents. He started as Microbiology Team Leader for Dairy then became Product Area Coordinator and later Food Microbiology Group Manager. His scientific research focused on Food Microbiology and Host-gut microbiota metabolic interactions.

As the head of R&D Centre Casa Buitoni in Italy, R&D Solon in USA and PTC Lisieux in France, Roberto established a close link between R&D and the business, build solid and robust innovation pipelines in Frozen & Chilled Culinary and Chilled Dairy. He set up many success innovation models in Nestle R&Ds, through consumer centric and fast prototyping, built strong innovative team and prepared the ground for the creative R&D facility in Solon.
