沈兰英是北京三友知识产权代理有限公司的合伙人之一。曾在中英两国接受教育。主要从事商标申请及知识产权诉讼事务。在商标注册、复审、异议及撤销等方面具有丰富的实务经验。此外，沈兰英还代理诸多客户，参与了大量专利、商标及其他侵权诉讼。
沈兰英是“全球知识产权项目”的参与人之一，该项目旨在收集并分析全球范围内的知识产权侵权数据。沈兰英负责中国数据的收集与分析。

2011毕业于英国Queen Mary University Of London，获得知识产权法专业硕士学位
2000 毕业于北京外国语大学，获得信息管理专业学士学位

Ms. Lena Shen is a partner of Beijing Sanyou Intellectual Property Agency Ltd. She received education in both China and UK. Her main practice is trademark prosecution and IP litigation. She is of rich experience in handling cases of trademark registration, review, opposition, cancellation, etc. Meanwhile, Ms. Shen has involved a number of patent and trademark litigations and other enforcement actions for various clients.
Ms. Shen has participated in a Global IP Project to collect and analyze the IP infringement statistics all over the world and she is responsible for the Chinese data.

2011, graduated from Queen Mary, University Of London with a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property Laws.
2000, graduated from Beijing Foreign Studies University with a B.A. degree in Information Management (English)
