Zhi Ling ZENG is an Australian registered Patent and Trademark Attorney with considerable experience in prosecuting and drafting patent applications in the fields of chemical and biological sciences. Additionally, Zhi Ling has provided clients with patent validity, infringement and freedom-to-operate opinions in both Asia and Australia.
Prior to joining Marks & Clerk (China), Zhi Ling has worked as a Patent Attorney in the Chemical & Life Sciences group of Ella Cheong Spruson & Ferguson (Singapore), and as a Patent and Trademark Attorney for Lord & Company in Western Australia.
Zhi Ling’s technical qualifications include a PhD in the field of Bioanalytical Chemistry from the University of Queensland, a Bachelor of Science (Chemistry & Biochemistry) from the University of Western Australia and a Master of Industrial Property from the University Technology of Sydney.
