在共同创立Group8 Consultants公司之前，Rotenberg先生是以色列最大的知识产权事务所设在中国的运营与业务发展部的主任，在那之前，他曾是以色列一家著名的知识产权事务所的资深律师。Rotenberg先生持有希伯莱大学（以色列耶路撒冷）法学学士学位、Ben Gurion大学（以色列Negev）的工商管理硕士学位，目前，他正在北京的中国政法大学进行他的博士学位研究，专业方向是知识产权。
Ziv Rotenberg is an experienced intellectual property strategy and legal professional and co-founder of Group8 Consultants, a multidisciplinary intellectual property consultancy firm focused on assisting companies, institutions and investors in Greater China create value through strategic use of intellectual property.
Mr. Rotenberg has considerable experience in intellectual property strategy, law and business. In his career, Mr. Rotenberg counselled clients ranging from small startups to huge multinational corporations and worked on many on complex intellectual property issues, both contentious and non-contentious, in Israel and in China. Mr. Rotenberg has profound understanding of the business aspects as well as legal aspects of intellectual property, how it works and how it affects business.
Prior to co-founding Group8 Consultants, Mr. Rotenberg was Director of China Operations and Business Development for Israel’s largest intellectual property firm, and prior to that he was working as a senior attorney in Israel’s most prestigious IP firms. Mr. Rotenberg holds an LL.B. degree from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem (Israel) and an MBA from Ben Gurion University in the Negev (Israel). Mr. Rotenberg is currently conducting doctoral research at China University of Political Science and Law in Beijing, focusing on intellectual property law.
