项目介绍
Asia Innovation & Entrepreneurship Immersion Programme (AIEIP)“亚洲创新创业夏令营”由清华大学、新加坡国立大学和印度商学院三校联合组织，旨在激发学生创新创业精神，提高创新创业能力，体验亚洲创新创业文化，构建创新创业网络。在2018年的暑假，三周三校三座城，来自以上三所学校的共54名学生，依序在新加坡•北京•海德拉巴分别完成为期各1周的暑期浸润式体验学习。
第一站：新加坡 新加坡国立大学 7月8日~7月15日
7月8日，清华大学的18名学生抵达新加坡，开始了与来自新加坡国立大学商学院及印度商学院的35名学生为期三周的共同学习。在第一天的破冰行动中，三国学生进行了第一次碰面，同学们被划分为9个小组，前往新加坡市内完成相应任务。经过一下午的破冰环节，小组成员们对彼此都有更充分的了解，也为这次活动带来了一个美好的开端。
在新加坡国立大学的课程主题是培养设计思维，识别商业机会。在一周的时间内，新加坡国立大学Neo Kok-Beng教授传授了创新与创业、设计思维、商业模式与客户开发、产品识别与价值定位、产品确认、众筹方案几个主题的内容，并列举新加坡国内具有知名度的创新企业作为案例，进行了生动风趣且幽默的讲解。除上课互动提问、课后思考问题外，同学们还按照老师的提示，与组员进行了大量详尽的讨论，选定创业计划，并搭建自己的商业模型与设计kickstarter众筹企划，在最后一天进行展示，并将以此为基础进行接下来两周的创业实践课程。
在实践方面，除了Neo老师在课堂上还邀请uHoo、WaterRoam等新加坡著名新创企业的创始人亲临课堂向同学们分享自己的创业过程外，同学们还拜访了新加坡“Block 71”创业基地。作为新加坡创新创业的发源地之一，Block 71成功孕育了众多新创科技公司，成为新加坡创新创业的风向标。
第二站：中国北京 清华大学 7月16日~7月22日
清华段的学习，以了解市场、产品设计与迭代为主题。
在第一天课程中，首先清华x-lab主任毛东辉老师向同学们介绍了清华x-lab创意创新创业教育平台以及对学生们可以来清华学习表示欢迎。然后由清华经管学院的李习保副教授为大家介绍中国的创业生态，有别于新加坡的创新模式，在中国的创新创业更注重于将产品迅速推广到市场；因为地理环境和人口的差异，新加坡式创新创业则更多的针对于服务全球用户。最后Neo教授紧接着为大家进行“商业模式发展”的讲解。
当天下午开始，清华x-lab实践教师、校园VC的合伙人殷建松老师则向同学们详细讲解了互联网产品设计的过程，包括产品设计、产品开发、市场营销等。在每一阶段的课堂上，各小组进行了紧凑充实的讨论与实践，以上一周实践结果为基础，开发出详细的创业方案。
课程之余，同学们参观了Plug and Play 、清华x-lab，与创业者和投资人面对面交流，深入了解了中国的创新环境和企业的创新故事。此外，还拜访了位于中关村软件园的软通动力公司，让同学们感受中国大型国企在这场创新创业浪潮中的自我突破。
第三站：印度海得拉巴 印度商学院 7月23日~7月29日
最后一周，同学们来到了项目的最后一站-印度的海得拉巴。海得拉巴素有印度硅谷之称，谷歌、微软、Facebook等众多著名公司的海外研发中心都设立在这个城市。而科技公司的大楼与平房比肩这种冲突的景色也是海得拉巴的特色之一，非常令人印象深刻。
在印度商学院美丽的校园里，印度商学院Anand教授利用案例讨论的教学方法为同学们将前两周的课程做了一个总结，并对投融资与知识产权保护等方面的实务内容进行了更详细的阐述。另外，在项目的安排下同学们参访位于海德拉巴的DBS Fin-tech部门，近距离接触了产品研发的不同环节，相信经过这周的课程同学们对于创业有了更系统化的认知，也对于亚洲新兴市场的发展潜力与创新创业精神有了更深入的认识。
最后一天的Demo day，学生们将三周所学学以致用，各组都使出浑身解数，做出了精彩的汇报展示，将最完美的内容在这天呈现出来，也获得了老师们的肯定。
在这精彩的三周里，除了上课认真学习，在课余时间，三校的同学们还一起享用了各地的美食，游览了当地的名胜古迹和市集，感受了不一样的亚洲文化，使得三国的学生们结下了深厚的友谊。
项目特色
2018AIEIP项目在过去两年经验的基础上，除了突出“激发学生创新创业精神，提高创新创业能力，体验亚洲创新创业文化，构建创新创业网络”的项目主旨外，更提出将商业计划的不同阶段在不同的国家分段教授，通过结合各个国家的特色和商业环境，最大限度的让学生体会到创业的不同阶段应该了解的侧重点。此外，强调实践的重要性，结合更多实践而非只是理论，让参与的同学可以将三周所学学以致用，让项目的影响可以持续发挥效益。

在AIEPI的交流活动中，我们体验了三个国家的文化与商业氛围的缩影，通过项目实践我们在新加坡激发创意；在中国动手实践；在印度学习推销表达。有趣的是三个国家的同学们也大概率的拥有这样的特质。而一个成功的创业项目不正是需要把这些环节都兼顾到吗？因此，我认为活动的安排非常用心，在三周愉快的相处时光中，与他国同学组队执行项目，在过程中相互学习、成长。日后中国的同学们也应该更具国际视野，将各国优秀的特质带到工作与生活当中。

为期三周的学习交流，让我们在深入体验不同国度的文化之余，更感受着亚洲创新创业的热潮。让我感触颇深的，一方面是我们每个团队的合作精神，我们在充分的思想交流中碰撞火花，每个人各展所长，倾力付出，甘愿为了呈现一个更加成熟的项目方案而合力通宵却也乐此不疲；另一方面是我们在跨文化交流中迅速建立起的深厚友谊，尽管我们之间存在着文化差异，但我们彼此尊重，更尽力分享本土文化，以热情和周到带给异国同学完美的文化体验。最是难忘印度站分别在即，有多少不舍，又有多少感谢，全都化作对彼此的深深祝福，未来在创新创业这条路上，尽管前路漫漫，但我们必将怀抱初心，上下求索，砥砺前行！

Its been an incredible three weeks experience to dive deep into completely new cultures, look at the countries as entrepreneurs and witness the opportunities there. It is absolutely crucial to have both global and regional perspectives in order to drive the world towards better future, and I am really glad to be able to experience it. AIEIP was a very different and enriching experience. This course actually helped me think beyond myself, to break the walls that I had created for myself. This experience gave me a very crude flavour of Singaporean and Chinese cultures. It was very interesting to see how everybody had their own ways of approaching a problem and the different skills to bring to the table. The professors from all the 3 countries were very supportive and added very different perspectives that helped me evaluate my startup ideas. These 3 weeks were a great opportunity for me to immerse in the cultures and build bonds that will last years!

The element that made AIEIP truly memorable was unquestiionably - the people. It was beautiful to see how different languages and culture only added more value to the bonds that we made, how awkward handshakes on day 1 became tears and hugs on day 21. I really loved this three week program where I got to meet, work with, and explore three distinct parts of Asia — Singapore, Beijing and Hyderabad with people from different cultural backgrounds. Although the program’s focus was entrepreneurship and innovation, I realized many of the strategies start-ups use to tackle problems they face can be applied to my personal life. From the 180 approach we learnt in Singapore to the Sprint method we experienced in Beijing, I gained new perspectives on how to tackle issues in my life. The most important takeaway, however, were the many amazing friends I met on the trip. Thank you, AIEIP 2018!

It was truly an amazing 3 weeks of my summer! In these weeks, we covered a breadth of entrepreneurial tools-from idea generation to customer validation and traction methods. working and living right next to students from these three great countries gave us many new insights and friendships we'll always carry with us. We entered this programme knowing just a handful of people and a tinge of entrepreneurial experience but we left with plenty more of that!! :)
