Course Introduction： The objectives of this course are to improve the feasibility of starting a new business through 1. in-depth understanding and comprehensive exposure to entrepreneurial practices; 2. practical research and mentoring offered by entrepreneurs and investors; 3. financial support. This course covers seven areas: product and service positioning, product and service development, market analysis, entrepreneurial organization and governance structures, business models, start-up financing, and company growth.

Course Introduction： This course introduces how business strategy is integrated with innovation management and intellectual property management in different industry practices. Through this course, students will learn how intellectual property as a business tool can support enterprise innovation and enhance enterprise value, and how intellectual property strategy should be integrated into a comprehensive enterprise strategy. This course will help students from different disciplines to fully understand the importance of intellectual property in their current research work and future career development. In the process of innovation and entrepreneurship, intellectual property plays a key role in protecting innovation, promoting innovation and using innovation to create value. Course Introduction： This course enables students to update traditional entrepreneurial concepts, understand the difference between innovation and entrepreneurship, establish customer-oriented business philosophy, rationally develop new products, select appropriate target markets, establish competitive advantages in the market, and effectively formulate corresponding marketing strategies and strategies for entrepreneurial projects. The main teaching method used in this course is learning by practicing. Students with innovation ideas will form teams and take courses. In the class, each team had to communicate with other teams about the various marketing problems they faced in the process of starting their business, and the teachers will provide them with guidance and advice. In addition, the course will employ several successful entrepreneurs as entrepreneurship coaches, who will share their successful experience and failure lessons with students to help the student entrepreneurial team avoid detours. After class, a tutor from each student's entrepreneurship team will provide immediate advice and assistance to the students.

Course Introduction： This course is about finding and creating opportunities and writing good business plans. It will teach you how to make the necessary preparations for starting a new business. The learning objectives of this course are: first, to fully understand the complexity, uncertainty and creativity of the entrepreneurial process; to get familiar with the starting-up process; to learn the analytical methods of entrepreneurial opportunities; Second, familiarize yourself with the basic components of a business plan. Master the research methods required for the preparation of business plan; Basic financing calculation and skills; Ability to write good business plans. Know the basic knowledge and skills to start a new business.

Course Introduction： The course will introduce the valuation, stock option plan, economic contract decision and other relevant contents of enterprises in combination with modern financial theories, so as to help entrepreneurs transform their ideas into products and bring them to the market for success.
